The more you appreciate your well-being, the more you’ll prioritize it.
2. Family.
Remember to tell them you love them. Sometimes we lose sight of how important they are.
3. Favorite movie or TV show.
You know the one that always makes you laugh or puts you in a good mood.
4. Close friends.
The ones you might not see on a regular basis, but know that they always got your back.
5. Small accomplishments.
It doesn't have to be huge, it could be something little like I finished doing a load of laundry.
6. Vacations.
Planning a trip can boosts your happiness. It did for me when I planned our Paris trip.
7. Favorite meal or dessert.
Lobster for dinner or crumble pie a la mode or anything chocolate! Indulge.
8. A good and restful nights sleep.
You'd be surprise how much getting enough sleep can do you wonders.
9. Your pet (or your friend's pet).
Animals give unconditional love and are known to be good for the soul.
10. A kind deed from a stranger.
This can be something as simple as holding the door open for you.
11. The comfort of home.
The security of being safe and sound. Unfortunately some people don't have a place they can call home.
12. A refreshing hot shower (or bath).
After a long hard day, just relax and feel the tension go down the drain.
13. Laughter.
Whether you hear a good joke or you're laughing silly with friends. Laughter is the best medicine.
But most importantly, be grateful for your life. Even though it might not be perfect, we are all constantly learning and evolving to make it the best it can be.
Happy Thanksgiving :)
